M.Y. Racing sends various JDM parts and vehicles from east coast to west coast. Whether you live in Toronto or Newfoundland or in the lower 48 states, you can be sure that M.Y. Racing will ship to customers located anywhere. With shipping via UPS, Fedex, DHL, customers have options to select the shipping company of their preference and rest assure that their product will arrive on a timely manner.

All orders which require shipping are provided with a tracking number provided by the company on the time of delivery to ensure that packages will be delivered on time.

Warranty

Items sold by M.Y. Racing are authentic JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) parts and all engines and transmissions are high quality USED parts otherwise stated. As the nature of the components are used, visible signs of use may or may not be noticeable. M.Y. Racing supplies customers with the highest quality JDM components and all engines are tested prior to delivery to Canada.

The engines and transmissions are inspected before shipment from Japan, inspected and tested by professional staff in Japan who test the engines IN CAR and engines are generally not removed from the car until arrival in Canada. All engines sold are compression tested to verify proper internal conditions. Pictures and compression test results of the engine can be supplied to potential customers upon request.

Items sold as either cosmetic or performance parts are verified by customers with pictures and will receive what they get. As the parts are USED, general cosmetic damages and scratches/dents have no warranty provided.

Some items available for sale at M.Y. Racing may not be legal for street use and/or D.O.T approved; it is the customer’s responsibility to insure that any component(s) he/she installs on their vehicle complies with the legislation in their area and inspect if the part produced by the manufacture is meant for "OFF ROAD USE ONLY". This also applies to JDM parts sold which may or may not work with North American models. Ie. ECU, sensors, wiring harness, etc... These parts are manufactured for the use in Asia where models differ in performance and cosmetics. It is the customers responsibility to research the proper products and should be installed by a professional mechanic.

All other parts and components carry no warranty unless specifically stated.

Engine Warranty

All engines sold by M.Y. Racing are of the highest quality, but due to the engines being “used”, very rarely a failure can occur, this is why M.Y. Racing supplies all its engines with a 7 day start up warranty, unless otherwise specified. The provided warranty allows the customers 7 days to install and verify that the engine works as intended. The warranty does not cover any failure after the install and verification, due to the fact that the later failure could be the cause of neglect or improper maintenance. The warranty does not cover any defective/broken sensors or accessories on the engine or the transmission.

Engines purchased from M.Y. Racing may have a new timing belt and water pump and maybe recommended to customers and is to be installed by a licensed mechanic and proof of the installation of these parts must be supplied in order to retain warranty status.

Conditions of Engine Warranty

All engines purchased from M.Y. Racing must be installed by a licensed mechanic in order to maintain warranty status. Proof of installation in the form of a work order/invoice showing that the job was performed by a licensed mechanic and that the engine was defective upon installation is required upon any warranty claim.

Engine failure that is the result of improper installation, disregard of installation of new timing belt and water pump, improper engine management, or improper use is not covered, which is up to the discretion of M.Y. Racing.

Conditions of Sales

All sales on USED items are final; no returns will be accepted, except in the case of defective items. Allowance of returns on NEW parts will be handled on a case-by-case basis and if accepted will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
