1. How do JDM parts differ from USDM parts from Engines to cosmetic parts?
As JDM specifications do vary in levels of performance from counterpart USDM specifications, customers need to be aware that not only do the levels of performance differ, but also electrical and other sensors can be different and should be installed by a professional. Thus, JDM engines and performance parts produce more horsepower; this may alter emission standards of the vehicle and must be consulted by a professional mechanic. Cosmetic parts in various makes and models differ from something as simple to exterior lights to a completely different chassis look. Most commonly known as conversions, cars are transformed from the USDM to JDM look.

2. Do all JDM parts fit?
With some many USDM and JDM models of vehicles, extensive research has to done when wanting to make ones vehicle unique from another. Parts of the same make and model and the same chassis fit with the correction parts and installation by a professional.

3. Are JDM parts legal for road use?
The usage of JDM parts are classified and manufactured either by a Japan based company or manufactured by the maker of the vehicle. Legal usage of the parts are deemed by the country where the car and D.O.T standards are set forth. Many JDM parts are OE specification and manufactured for road use but should be verified prior to installation.

4. Can JDM parts be easily replaced?

5. Why do some JDM parts fit and some don’t?
I’ve seen them on other cars of the same make and model? Customization from car to car can differ in more ways then one can possibly imagine. As some parts are meant for a specific application, it can also be altered for the use of many other applications. The application of the JDM part may require additional hardware like mounts/brackets; ECU may require the use of a new wiring harness to be compatible with the application.

6. Can I order by phone, fax, or email?
As a retail customer, you have various ways to make an order. If you are located in Toronto, Canada, you are free to purchase product directly at our showroom (Please see address on our contact us page)

7. What is the charge for shipping and tax?
Shipping rates varies due to the weight and size of the product and customer location. Customers who require shipping can use their own preferred shipping companies and have the items picked up at our location. For all international orders (outside Canada), customers are responsible for the custom and import duties! There will be GST (5%) tax and PST (8%) tax will be charged to all Canadian orders.

8. When will my order be shipped?
After payment has been received, items will be shipped to the designated address once confirmed by the shipping company for pick up. If customer choices to use a preferred shipping company, arrangements must be made between the customer and their shipping company to arrange pick up and drop off.

9. Can I track my order?
You may track your order under the courier company when we send the order out. Tracking number and details on which courier we used will be provided through email/telephone once the package is shipped.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, *Debt, and *cash (*in store only). Bank drafts and certified cheques are excepted however items shall not be delivered or picked up until funds have been verified. Personal cheques are not accepted.
